Study on the Antidote of Poisonous Crude Drugs

Abstract
|
|
|
The investigation on the antidote action of poisonous crude drugs were observel by the experimental animals.
The experimental samples were methanol extracts of the root of Aconitum Uchiyamai Nakai and Glycyrrhiza Uralensis Fischer et. De Candole, and the extracts were subcutaneous administration to the mouse. The extract of Aconiti Tuber was obserbed most high mortality to the mouse.
The mortality of the combined extract of Aconiti Tuber and Glycyrrhizae Radix administrated group were siginificantly decresed than the group of Aconiti Tuber extracts.
The extract of Glycyrrhizae Radix. Were not mortal action on the mouse. According to the above results, it would be concluded that the Glycyrrhizae Radix influences for the detoxication on the poisonous crude drugs
